Casa Libertà is perched near the highest point in Eggi with a commanding view of the Spoleto valley below and the Martani mountains in the distance.

The house is surrounded by gardens, with dozens of olive trees. There are also sweet and sour cherry trees, almond, fig, peach, pomegranate, and a bay laurel tree.

The land is terraced on three levels. The first is home to an olive orchard and is hedged with rosemary and lavender bushes. You'll also find the brick, wood-burning oven here.

The second level is the sitting and dining area. It includes a large marble table under a pergola of grape vines.

The third and uppermost level is where, amidst rose bushes and more olive trees, you'll find the bocce court.
