Now this is something I would - and did - try. A delicious sweet crepe at a local market here in Yangon. She's got a traditional Asian BBQ fueled by charcoal. On top is a flat skillet. She spoons out a rice batter and then tops it with any number of different ingredients before rolling it up into a cylinder. I bought one, for 15¢, that was topped with toasted soybeans, scallions, soy sauce, coconuts.
