Billboard of the Month

All singing, all dancing, all tears, all laughter, all costume changes ... NO KISSING. In a Bollywood film, lips never meet. And Om Shanti Om, which opened this past fall, is Bollywood's biggest blockbuster ever, so far grossing nearly 100 crore ($25 million) - and that's no mean feat when tickets are less than $2 each.

It stars India's heartthrob Shah Rukh Khan, you can see his face plastered everywhere selling cars, cellphones, watches, soft drinks and more.

I know many of you haven't seen it yet so I won't give away the plot. Suffice it to say it's a "boy gets girl, boy loses girl, boy gets girl again" story with a reincarnation twist. It's based loosely on the 1989 Hollywood film Chances Are - which, by the way, tanked.
