The Leader of the Pack

On the boulevards and along the parks of fashionable Recoleta, paseaperros can be seen walking as many as 20 dogs.

He'll walk them, look after them, feed them, brush and groom them -- the only thing he doesn't do is clean up after them. There's no "pooper-scooper" law in Buenos Aires, so watch your step!
